DAKS represents a legal security token in Switzerland of the company Aktionariat AG. Founded in 2021, Aktionariat AG ("Aktionariat") describes itself as a platform for security tokens that provides tools for corporations to sell their own shares regulated to its domiciled country. It also serves as a non-custodial wallet provider for investors on iOS and Android.
With headquarters in Zürich, Switzerland, Aktionariat primarily collaborates with Swiss corporations but has plans to expand to other countries soon. As of February 2023, over 60 Swiss corporations (29 already live) are working with Aktionariat, and more than 8000 people use the mobile wallet to invest in these corporations.
